August 29, 2013 a workshop on the issue to hand over the building to the National Historic- Memorial Reserve "Babyn Yar" held with the Head of Kyiv City State Administration O.P. Popov.
Тhe meeting was attended by: Deputy Head of Kyiv City State Administration V.P. Korzh, Director of the Department of land resources of the KSCA Y.P. Kulakovsky, acting First Deputy Director of Finance KSCA V.T. Linovytska, President of the Council of National Communities of Ukraine, President of the Jewish Council of Ukraine, Head of Foundation "Remembrance of Babyn Yar" I.M. Levitas, director of the National Historic- Memorial Reserve "Babyn Yar" B.I. Glazunov.
