On December 23, 2015, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko held a workshop on the preparation and conduct of events dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Babyn Yar tragedy.
During the meeting, the participants discussed the project of the construction of the memorial. According to this project, it is planned to create a memorial where an exposition with the total area of 5 thousand square meters will be organized and the research institute will work. Construction is planned to be carried out with the help of patrons.
