February 24, 2016, at the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine, held a meeting of the working group to develop the concept of the memorial museum complex National Historic-Memorial Reserve "Babyn Yar." The meeting was chaired by First Deputy Minister of Culture of Ukraine Igor Likhovy and deputy minister Andriy Vitrenko. They discussed issues related to the concept of creating a temporary museum exposition, which is intended to be placed in the former office of the Lukyanivsk Jewish cemetery on the Melnikova St, 44. It became known at the meeting that the building could not again be transferred to the National Reserve through new trials.
The members of the working group were familiarized with the main sections of the proposed concept presented by the head of the museums' department of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine Petro Rimar. The discussion was attended by President Jewish Forum of Ukraine - Arkady Monastirsky, President of the Jewish Council of Ukraine - Suslenskyy Alexander, co-chairman of Vaad of Ukraine - Joseph Zissels, head of the Association of Jews - former prisoners of ghettos and concentration camps - Boris Zabarko, director of the National Historic-Memorial Reserve "Babyn Yar" Boris Glazunov.
