Popov for exploring the concept of the NHMR „Babyn Yar” and draft design of Babyn Yar victims memorial museum, Chapel murdered priests and Kyiv residents, Chapel and Museum executed resistance members ( which is designed by creative architectural workshop „Skoryk”) was held.
