April 11, 2013, at 9:00, at National Historic- Memorial Reserve "Babyn Yar" Ritual Memory held on the occasion of the International Day of Nazi Concentration Camps Inmates. The ceremony was attended by Head of Kyiv City State Administration O.P. Popov, leadership Shevchenko district State Administration in Kiev, NGO activists - former prisoners of Nazi concentration camps, representatives of labor groups, soldiers, students, the Reserve staff.
Participants at the ceremony paid tribute with moment of silence and laid flowers at the Memorial "Remembrance for the Future", Memorial to the victims of Babyn Yar and memorial sign to the victims of Syrets concentration camp.
