The Heads of National Communities of Ukraine were familiarized with the concept of the National Historic- Memorial Reserve "Babyn Yar" and with the project of of the memorial complex construction.
The architect of Memorial Professor Larissa Skoryk, President of the Council of National Communities of Ukraine, Chairman of the Foundation "Remembrance Babyn Yar" Levitas I.M. and Director of the NHMR "Babyn Yar" Glazunov B.I. gave thorough explanations.
