On May 31, 2016, a meeting of the working group of the Organizing Committee for the preparation and conduct of events in connection with the 75th anniversary of the Babyn Yar tragedy took place on the territory of the National Historical and Memorial Reserve "Babyn Yar".

The attendees heard the information of the Minister of Culture of Ukraine Eugen Nishuk, other members of the working group of the Organizing Committee and made the decision:
- to arrange the Alley of the Righteous, the Alley of the Martyrs and the third connecting their Alley with the replacement of the pledging.
- to demolish MAFs located on the territory adjacent to the Reserve;
- To organize at the territory leased to the Babyn Yar Memorial Fund the temporary parking for the time of the events in connection with the 75th anniversary of the Babyn Yar tragedy.
- to remove the Memorial to the children shot at Babyn Yar at the beginning of the Alley of the Righteous and to arrange a place for the monument to the Righteous;
- to mark the contour of the Babyn Yar spit, where mass shootings of the Jewish population of Kyiv were happened, with stones;
- to carry from Kamyanets-Podilskyi Romani Kibitka made in 2000 for installation in Babyn Yar. Set it as a memorial sign to the Roma, who were shot away at Babyn Yar. To agree the proposed location with the Roma community;
- to carry out restoration works of the memorial sign "Menorah".
- to initiate a decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the manufacture and installation of a monument to executed Ukrainian poetess Olena Teliga and her associates. To construct the Monument by February 2017;
- To submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine a draft directive on the transfer of the office of the former Jewish cemetery from the State Property Fund of Ukraine to the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine with the subsequent transfer to the NHMR "Babyn Yar" balance and the creation in it the Memorial Museum in memory of victims of Babyn Yar
