O.P. Popov began the meeting emphasizing the civic heroism of Righteous and wished them good health . MPs of Ukraine Hanna Herman and Yan Tabachnik, Chief Rabbi of Kyiv and Ukraine Yakov Bleich , chairman of the society " Ukraine - Israel" Larissa Skoryk , chairman of the Association of former prisoners of ghettos and concentration camps Boris Zabarko , Ukrainian poetess Olga Shtepa addressed the words of gratitude to Righteous. The chairman of the Association of the Righteous Sophia Yarovaya made a speech on behalf of the Righteous. The reception was attended by representatives of organizations "Joint" and " Jewish Agency ", Director of the National Historic- Memorial Reserve "Babyn Yar " Boris Glazunov.
