The governmental delegation of the State of Israel, headed by the Minister of Jerusalem Affairs and Minister of Environmental Protection of the State of Israel, Ze'ev Elkin .

On August 15, 2018, the official governmental delegation of the State of Israel, headed by the  Minister of Jerusalem Affairs and Minister of Environmental Protection of the State of Israel, Ze'ev Elkin  visited the National Historical-Memorial Reserve "Babyn Yar". For a government delegation, an excursion through the territory of the Preserve was held, and a prayer was said near the memorial sign of the Menorah. Also it was took place the laying of flowers and putting the stones.
