On December 28, the Cabinet of Ministers held a meeting of the Organizing Committee for the preparation and conduct of events up to the 75th anniversary of the Babyn Yar tragedy.

The meeting was held under chairing of the Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk and the Head of the Administration of the President Boris Lozhkin.

Issues related to the preparation of the events were discussed, a plan of measures was adopted, the issue of inviting foreign delegations and guests to the official ceremonies that will take place on September 29-30, 2016, on the territory of the National Historical-Memorial Reserve "Babyn Yar" and issues of financing from the state budget were raised . Particular attention was paid to the project of the Alley of the Righteous in the territory of the Historic-Memorial Reserve "Babyn Yar".
