July 10, 2012 the National Historic-Memorial Reserve „Babyn Yar” was visited by six member TV crew of Italian public television RAI-TV Editorial Voyager 1st Channel, which is shooting a documentary titled „Game of Death ” to be broadcast on Italian TV.
They had a meeting with President of National Societes Council of Ukraine, president of the Jewish Council of Ukraine, head of the “ Babyn Yar” Memorial Fund I.M. Levitas and NHMR director B.I.Glazunov who told them about Babyn Yar tragedy during the Nazi occupation of Kyiv in 1941-1943. NHMR employees provided Italian journalists with materials and comprehensive assistance in shooting a documentary about these tragic pages of the World War II .
