73 anniversary of the tragedy of Babyn Yar
As a part of the event -- 73 anniversary of the tragedy of Babyn Yar -- National Historical Memorial Preserve "Babyn Yar" has opened several documentary photo exhibition about the events that took place in Kyiv , which was occupied by the German invaders , in 1941-1943:
- the exhibition "Remember about the war" opened on September, 19 in the Library of Alexander Dovzhenko (str. Zahidna, 11) and runs through October 10 of the current year;
- the exhibition "Babyn Yar: tragedy and memory" opened on September 20 in the office building of the reserve "Babyn Yar" and runs through October 10 of the current year;
- the exhibition "Remembrance for the Future" with demonstration of lecture and film about the tragic events in Babyn Yar in 1941-1943. Opened on September 26 in the Central City Library named after Taras Shevchenko for children (Peremogy avenue, 25) and runs through October 10 of the current year;
- the exhibition "We will never become adults" (Children, who were executed in Babyn Yar) opened on October 1 in the National Museum of Literature of Ukraine and runs through October 10 of the current year.
