26. 02. 2013 Minister of Culture of Ukraine Leonid Novokhatko has examined the concept of the National Historical Memorial Reserve "Babyn Yar" and pre-proposal developed by Creative architectural workshop "L. Skorik."
These projects were presented by Professor of the National Academy of Fine Art and Architecture Larisa Skoryk.
In the meeting also attended: Levitas I.M. - President of the Jewish Council of Ukraine, President of the Council of National Communities of Ukraine and Head of the Babyn Yar Memorial Fund
