February 21, 2013 at the National Historic- Memorial Reserve "Babyn Yar" the meeting on the occasion of the 71-st anniversary of Olena Teliha and OUN members execution was held. The rally was attended by All-Ukrainian Women's Association named after Olena Teliha , the Foundation named after Oleg Olzhych, pupils of specialized school № 97 named after Olena Teliha, staff members of the National Historic- Memorial Reserve "Babyn Yar", representatives of Ukrainian World Coordinating Council.
Participants paid tribute by laying flowers and a moment of silence.
