On January 27, the Internationale Day for Remembrance of the Holocaust victims at the Jewish Council of Ukraine ( Kyiv, Nimanska st., 7) the Evening-requiem to commemorate the Holocaust victims was held .
The meeting was conducted by President of the Board of National Sosieties of Ukraine, President of the Jewish Counsil of Ukraine, head of Fund of Babyn Yar Memorial Fund Levitas I.M. On the Memory evening it was attended about 70 representatives of NGOs, government bodies, scientists.
With special attention they had listened to MP of Ukraine Tabachnik Y.P., after the speech he presented to President Board of National Societies of Ukraine, President of the Jewish Council of Ukraine, the head of Babyn Yar Memorial Fund - Levitas I.M. the „Order of Honour” for many year fruitful work for Holocaust victims commemoration .
