On July 6, 2016, on the territory of the National Historic- Memorial Reserve "Babyn Yar", a meeting of the commission on the transfer of real estate in Kyiv was held in the management of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine of 01.07.2016 №496 "On the transfer of the building in Kyiv to the management of the Ministry of Culture, consisting of:

Solodchenko - Deputy Director of the Department of financial and resource support of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine, V. Voloshin Deputy Head of the Department of Capital Investment and Resource Support of the Department of Financial-Resource Support of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine, V. Senchuk - Chief Specialist-Legal Counsel of the Division of Legal Expertise, Department of Legal Support of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine, O.Svetyukha - Chief Specialist in the Prevention and Detection of Corruption and Cooperation with Law Enforcement Bodies of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine, L. Golishevska - Chief Specialist of the Department of Privatization, State Property Management and Corporate Rights of the State of the Regional Branch of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Kyiv, B. Glazunov - Director of the National Historical and Memorial Reserve "Babyn Yar".
According to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 30, 2015, No. 1410-p, item No.8, the building of the former Office of the Lukyanivka Jewish Cemetery was transferred to the National Historical and Memorial Reserve "Babyn Yar" took place.
The office's building is an architectural monument of local significance, in which it is planned to create a "Museum of Babyn Yar" where schoolchildren and students, Kyivites and many who could remember the relatives who remained forever in Babiy Yar could come to.
