On September 29, 2013 , the Council of National Communities of Ukraine , the Foundation "Remembrance of Babyn Yar " and the National Historic- Memorial Reserve "Babyn Yar" honored Memory of the Babyn Yar victims and made the public meeting near the monument to the victims of Babyn Yar, which was attended by 250 people.
The speakers at the meeting were: the famous architect , author of the memorial complex "Babyn Yar" Larissa Skoryk , representatives of national organizations Igor Krikunov ( Association of Roma ), Peter Sharafutdinov ( Tatar center) , Nadia Slesareva (Union of Poles), Ravshan Tagiyev ( Congress of Ukrainian Azerbaijanis ) , Anna Kostetska (O. Teliga’s All-Ukrainian Women’s Association) , Basil Kostytsky (Commission for the Protection of Public
Morality ), Vladimir Mushat (Union prisoners of concentration camps ) , Anna Bebih ( Righteous of Babyn Yar ), Mykola Zaseev - Rudenko (People's Artist of the USSR , film director ) . Also the meeting was attended by the Ambassador of Canada to Ukraine Troy Lulashnyk , Consul of the Embassy of Israel Jehoshua Carvajal , Counsellor of the Embassy of Belarus Yury Sluka , representatives of the embassies of the USA, Germany and Poland.
Director of the National Historic – Memorial Reserve "Babyn Yar " Boris Glazunov together with Ilya Levitas set the basket of flowers at the monuments to the of Babyn Yar victims and the monument to the Hero of Ukraine Tatiana Marcus .
