April 5, 2012 at 14:00 am at the National Kyiv-Pechersk Historical and Cultural Preserve ( Kyiv, Lavrah st.,9, block №20, 2nd floor) at the Department of Cultural Heritage and cultural values extended meeting of the Scientifical and Methodological Counsil Presidium on protectjon of Cultural Heritage of the Ukraine Culture Ministry
had reviewed and approved project documents of construction the „Babyn Yar” victims memorial museum designed by creative architectural workshop „L.Skorik” (Director L.Skorik) and a plan of the National Historic-Memorial Reserve „ Babyn Yar“ Concept, developed by the State Enterprise „Ukrainian scientific-methodological , research and information center of architectural heritage” (Director Tatyana Manifasova ).
